FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare transformation initiative, the remote FP&A Manager will manage GTM reporting, oversee budget cycles, and build scalable financial processes to inform company strategy and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly GTM reporting, including pipeline generation and variance analysis for leadership
- Own the GTM budget and re-forecast cycle, managing demand-gen allocations across channels
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or GTM/sales finance at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure
