FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Connecting financial results to commercial and operating drivers, the full-time FP&A Manager will own the planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes while working remotely to enhance financial models and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly planning and forecasting cycle, including model updates and leadership reporting
• Prepare the monthly management reporting package, aligning results with the general ledger and providing variance explanations
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to evaluate pipeline quality and provide financial guidance to functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, including ownership of a complete planning and reporting cycle
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite for reporting and multi-subsidiary financial information
• Advanced Excel skills with a focus on building transparent, well-controlled models
• Strong Salesforce reporting skills and understanding of how contract data affects revenue reporting
