FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing the field services SIOP process, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage the Astro tool, drive financial planning and reporting, and lead cross-functional implementations to improve profitability within the Gas Power Global Services business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional owner for the Field Services ITR tool (Astro), prioritizing system enhancements and automating reporting processes
• Lead the design and implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfillments and support SIOP process enhancements
• Support financial planning, pacing, and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely KPI reporting while leveraging cost expertise for reliable forecasting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
• Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Operational mindset with an interest in developing finance and business acumen
