FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and strategic, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage demand planning, pricing architecture, budgeting, and executive reporting while collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to drive financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly reporting and budgeting processes, providing insights on revenue and margin by channel and product
• Run demand model actualization and support retail and wholesale forecasting, ensuring accurate inventory flow and pricing analysis
• Conduct pricing QA and establish a tracking system for assortment and promotions, analyzing customer responses to pricing strategies

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, merchandise or inventory planning, or category management in a consumer or retail environment
• Proficiency in financial modeling, including unit forecasts, landed costs, and channel P&L
• Experience using BI tools, ideally SQL, for data analysis and reporting
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and audit financial models independently
• Familiarity with financial statements, P&L structure, and budget-to-actuals reporting
