FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Owning financial models and reporting, the full-time salaried FP&A Manager will build and maintain Cash EBITDA and recurring-revenue models, lead the Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles, and provide actionable insights in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Cash EBITDA and free cash flow models, delivering accurate monthly actuals and forecasts
• Own the recurring-revenue model, including forecasting and analysis of ARR, churn, and retention metrics
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and recurring forecast cycles, consolidating departmental plans and producing company-level financial outputs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue modeling
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with three-statement and driver-based modeling
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high executive visibility
