FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support financial and strategic operations in a rapidly scaling environment, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage the consolidated corporate model, run the annual budget cycle, and partner with various leaders to provide insights and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance the corporate model in the FP&A tool Abacum, including P&L, cash, and headcount planning
- Run the annual budget cycle and distribute monthly budget review decks
- Partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders to deliver strategic insights and build board reporting packages
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in modeling and forecasting
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company, ideally within the 100-1,000 person range
- Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics
- Proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong background in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development preferred
