FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Owning the FP&A function, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage the operating model, forecasts, budgets, and monthly reporting while providing analytical insights to leadership for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company operating model and rolling forecast, ensuring accuracy as the business evolves
• Run the annual budget and reforecast processes, collaborating with department leaders to develop and adhere to their plans
• Produce monthly budget versus actuals reporting and variance analysis, providing actionable insights for leadership

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of FP&A experience, preferably in a subscription software or SaaS company
• Proficiency in building three-statement operating models and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and their relationship to cash flow
• Ability to work independently and provide recommendations alongside analysis
• Experience pulling data from various systems, including CRM and financial databases
