FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic planning and forecasting for the NAM field services P&L, the full-time salaried OFS FP&A Manager will manage budgeting processes, provide financial analysis, and ensure alignment with global standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the forecasting and strategic planning process for NAM, delivering timely financial information to regional leadership
• Run the annual budgeting and planning process, maintaining business models for strategic plans and ongoing forecasts
• Provide financial recommendations based on analysis of costs, revenue, and operational metrics to improve performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, or FP&A
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and budgeting within a regional or matrixed organization
• Strong analytical skills linking financial results to operational drivers
• Experience leading process improvements in finance or operations functions
