FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support intelligent decision-making across the organization, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will serve as a strategic finance partner, lead complex projects, and own forecasting and planning processes while providing financial insights to operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders, providing insights to support business decisions and evaluate trade-offs
• Independently lead complex, cross-functional projects and workstreams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Own forecasting and planning for assigned areas, ensuring financial projections are accurate and aligned with company targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex and ambiguous problems
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence decisions through financial analysis
• Ability to construct, maintain, and review financial models and translate analysis into actionable insights
