FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to work remotely in a full-time salaried position, responsible for building and scaling financial planning and analysis capabilities, enhancing budgeting and forecasting processes, and modernizing financial reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish reliable monthly forecasting and budgeting processes using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Develop effective expense and headcount planning partnerships, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into budgets and forecasts
• Build scalable reporting capabilities that support internal leadership and board reporting, reducing reliance on manual processes

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience, including financial analysis and integrated three-statement financial modeling
• Experience using a financial planning platform, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, with a track record of improving financial processes
• Proven success in partnering with business leaders and influencing decisions across organizational levels
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving, capable of navigating ambiguity and creating structure
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative discipline
