FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the remote FP&A Manager will lead financial planning and analysis processes, build dynamic financial models, and develop executive-level reporting to drive performance across PHP and IOP programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with functional and clinic leaders
• Build financial models and dashboards to inform business planning and support service line expansions
• Facilitate financial reviews with leadership, ensuring accuracy and alignment in financial data and operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or healthcare financial operations, preferably in multi-site healthcare
• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as DOMO or Tableau
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage projects in a high-growth environment
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue recognition and reimbursement methodologies
