FP and A Manager - Subscriptions

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager - Subscriptions to manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the subscription business remotely, focusing on actionable insights, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the subscription FP&A function, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights into content ROI and cost efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and financial modeling while managing the month-end close process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and reporting systems such as Adaptive Planning and BI tools
• Experience managing P&L analysis and capitalized cost tracking
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
