Job Summary
To support small law firms in enhancing profitability, the full-time salaried Fractional CFO will serve as a financial leader for approximately 30 clients, focusing on financial analysis, strategic planning, and cash flow management in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements to identify growth and profitability opportunities
- Build forecasts, budgets, cash-flow strategies, and KPI dashboards
- Partner directly with business owners on growth and strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Significant experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
- Experience advising founders, owners, or senior leadership teams
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
- Track record of helping businesses improve profitability and cash flow
