Fractional CFO

Job Summary

To support the early build-out phase of a newly-formed Foundation, the Fractional CFO will remotely advise on financial, treasury, and economic-system functions, focusing on implementing institutional-grade controls, reporting, and compliance while developing sustainable operations for a multi-asset treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on the establishment and implementation of core policies, frameworks, and governance for financial and treasury matters
• Ensure audit-readiness and regulatory compliance while advising on multi-wallet and custody structures
• Lead strategic decision-making on treasury structure, runway, risk, and token economics, guiding operational teams in execution

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of senior finance leadership experience within regulated or audit-heavy environments
• Proven command of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks
• Direct experience managing institutional-scale balance sheets and treasury risk management
• Demonstrated execution of treasury strategy in crypto-native environments
• Deep understanding of token economics and experience interacting with regulators in multi-jurisdictional structures
