Fractional CFO

Job Summary

To support a growing maternal health technology company, the part-time Fractional CFO will manage financial strategy, lead fundraising efforts, and oversee planning and reporting in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and investor relations by building financial models and partnering with the CEO for pitch conversations
• Own planning and reporting, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly board-ready reports
• Build the finance function by overseeing accounting, audit readiness, and compliance with financial requirements

Required qualifications

• CFO or VP Finance experience at Seed-Series C digital health companies
• Hands-on experience with payers and health plans, particularly in Medicaid managed care or value-based contracts
• Track record of supporting a successful priced equity round (Series A or later)
• Experience presenting to boards and managing demanding stakeholders
• Genuine commitment to health equity and improving outcomes for women and families
