Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Fractional CFO - Remote, the full-time role will serve as a strategic financial partner to approximately 30 small and mid-sized law firms, focusing on improving profitability and financial performance while working entirely remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise business owners on financial decisions, helping them understand their numbers and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage multiple client relationships, providing actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and cash flow
- Utilize proven systems and infrastructure to deliver CFO services without the need for client prospecting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a CFO, specifically with small and mid-sized businesses
- Demonstrated track record of improving financial performance in businesses with revenues between $1M-$35M
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for business owners
- Experience managing multiple client relationships is a plus
