Fractional Controller
Job Summary
To support a growing rewards-technology business, the part-time Fractional Controller will manage financial modeling, oversee revenue recognition, and ensure contract compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain an integrated three-statement financial model to support fundraising and partner deals
- Oversee revenue recognition and analyze complex customer contracts to ensure accurate P&L analysis
- Prepare diligence materials for investors and strategic partners, including financials and KPI packages
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including prior roles as CFO, VP Finance, or Controller
- Demonstrated experience in building fundraising models and supporting equity or debt raises
- Strong command of revenue recognition and contract-driven billing
- Advanced financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A tools is a plus
- Experience with M&A integration, including purchase accounting and consolidation
