Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting practice, the Fractional Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for multiple client organizations, collaborating with hiring managers and employing various sourcing strategies in a fully remote, part-time or full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple client organizations and open positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines while providing regular updates on recruiting activity and progress
Required qualifications
- Prior professional recruiting experience is required
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and placement
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
