Key Responsibilities

- Grow the broker channel through newsletters, sales tools, and events
- Nurture the pipeline with targeted marketing efforts to improve lead quality
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in franchise development marketing
- Direct experience with organic lead generation and the broker channel
- Proven ability to connect marketing spend to qualified leads and signed agreements
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of franchise advertising rules and the FDD, including Item 19
