Job Summary
Leading franchisee performance and operational excellence, the fully remote Brand Vice President will execute strategic priorities, manage the Franchise Business Coach team, and drive growth across the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic and operational priorities in partnership with the Brand President
- Drive franchisee performance, operational consistency, accountability, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop the Franchise Business Coach team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations experience at the franchisor/corporate level within a home services franchise system, with a preference for Painting and/or Roofing experience
- 3+ years of franchisor operations leadership experience
- Prior experience as a Franchise Business Coach or leading an FBC team is strongly preferred
- Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence franchise owners to improve revenue and operational execution
