Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Fraud Analyst will monitor fraud alerts, investigate suspicious transactions, and respond to customer inquiries while supporting fraud prevention efforts during the hours of 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM Central Time.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate potentially fraudulent transactions and account activity
- Analyze suspicious behaviors to identify fraud trends and patterns
- Handle customer communications regarding fraud, lost cards, and account concerns
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
