Fraud Analytics Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day leadership of fraud prevention and detection, the full-time Fraud Analytics & Loss Prevention Assistant Manager will oversee investigations, manage team workloads, and coordinate responses to fraud events while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fraud investigations and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with procedures
• Prioritize team workloads based on risk exposure and customer impact
• Lead and develop staff while maintaining fraud policies and operational controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud, financial crimes, or related banking roles
• Strong knowledge of common fraud schemes affecting financial institutions
• Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and fraud detection strategies
