Fraud Analytics Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of fraud prevention and detection, the full-time Fraud Analytics & Loss Prevention Assistant Manager will oversee fraud investigations, manage team workloads, and coordinate responses to significant fraud events, while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee fraud investigations and ensure timely resolution and compliance with established procedures
• Prioritize and manage team workloads based on risk exposure and customer impact
• Coordinate fraud response efforts and analyze fraud trends to recommend control improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud, financial crimes, or loss prevention, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of common fraud schemes affecting financial institutions
• Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations and responding to fraud events
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and deposit/payment operations
