Fraud and Disputes Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Operations Associate for the Fraud & Disputes team, this full-time remote position will manage investigations and resolutions of disputes and potential fraud, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while leveraging technology to enhance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate disputes for card and ACH transactions according to regulatory rules
• Manage the chargeback lifecycle to minimize financial loss and ensure timely resolutions
• Analyze suspicious account activity and synthesize complex data to document fraud and dispute determinations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile deposit capture processing and dispute investigations
• Expertise in consumer payment rules, including Reg E and Nacha
• Proven experience in chargeback lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of risk management and ability to analyze complex transaction histories
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills for creating audit-ready investigative summaries
