Fraud Investigations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the Fraud Investigations Unit, the full-time Fraud Investigations Manager will manage internal and external fraud investigations, recovery efforts, and case management governance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the Fraud Investigations Unit and ensure compliance with laws and policies during investigations
• Analyze investigative findings, trends, and fraud schemes to recommend enhancements for fraud mitigation efforts
• Develop investigative metrics and reporting, while collaborating with various stakeholders to address fraud-related risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven years of experience in banking, fraud investigations, or financial crimes, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Experience managing complex fraud investigations within a banking environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and fraud risk management practices
• Knowledge of fraud investigation and case management systems
