Fraud Investigator

Job Summary

Proactively detecting and investigating fraud, the full-time remote Fraud Investigator will analyze fraudulent transactions, manage financial recovery efforts, and ensure user authenticity to protect platform integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations into account takeovers, payment fraud, phishing, and organized fraud rings
• Analyze patterns of fraudulent transactions and abusive conduct to mitigate risks
• Dispute chargebacks and gather evidence to minimize financial loss and maximize recovery

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Fraud Operations, Cybercrime, or Identity Services
• Availability to work a regular schedule including some holidays and at least one weekend day per week
• High school diploma or equivalent
