Job Summary
To support a fast-growing team, the full-time Fraud Investigator will conduct end-to-end investigations of confirmed, suspected, and attempted fraud affecting B2B credit card programs, while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate fraud incidents impacting commercial credit card programs and maintain complete case documentation
- Analyze transaction data to identify fraud patterns and recommend loss prevention actions
- Communicate findings and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and external clients effectively
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud operations, or financial crimes
- Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proficiency in fraud detection and case management systems
- Strong knowledge of SAR requirements and fraud trends
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
