Fraud Operations Automation Manager

Job Summary

To enhance fraud defense operations, the full-time Manager of Business Analytics, Fraud Ops Automation will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows and analytics, collaborating closely with investigators and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual efforts in Fraud Operations
• Deliver on-demand analysis of suspicious activities and proactively surface emerging fraud patterns
• Design and maintain operational reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and investigator productivity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics or data science within the fraud domain
• Strong proficiency in SQL and lightweight Python; experience with large, unstructured datasets
• Hands-on experience in building AI agents and automating judgment-heavy processes
• Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
