Job Summary
Leading the daily execution of Fraud Operations and Loss Prevention functions, the full-time salaried Fraud Operations AVP will manage operational performance, translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, and oversee supervisors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily performance metrics for Fraud Operations and Loss Prevention, including service levels and fraud recoveries
- Translate strategic priorities into annual and quarterly operating plans and measurable outcomes
- Directly supervise frontline supervisors, ensuring effective service delivery and operational controls
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in fraud operations or a related field
- At least 7 years of people-leadership experience in complex operational settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience leading teams in fraud or operational risk management
- Relevant professional certification such as AAP, CFE, or CAMS preferred
