Job Summary
To support the security of financial transactions, the remote MAP Defense Analyst will evaluate and assist clients with card fraud strategies using Visa DPS products, while independently analyzing datasets to identify trends and implement fraud mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize programming for fraud detection and intelligence activities to analyze and identify fraudulent transactions
- Conduct client-specific analysis on portfolio data to detect anomalies and implement rule strategies
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing consultation support and developing fraud rules for MAP clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline preferred
- Expertise with Visa DPS products and applications
- Advanced knowledge of payment card transaction fraud and risk mitigation strategies
- Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Minimum of three years of experience in Fraud or Risk areas
