Job Summary
Partnering with enterprise customers, the remote Fraud Strategist will serve as a subject matter expert in fraud and identity, focusing on designing optimal product implementation strategies, evaluating risk profiles, and driving efficient customer onboarding and rollout.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate customer risk profiles and design tailored fraud strategies for new and existing clients
- Lead the design of standardized identity workflows optimized for various verticals and use cases
- Coordinate go-live planning and proactively resolve technical, regulatory, or policy-related bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, or digital risk with customer-facing consulting experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities focused on risk strategy and workflow design
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate complex fraud concepts clearly to executive stakeholders
- Experience with identity verification, fraud, compliance, or enterprise software solutions is preferred
