Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end fraud strategy for a new card issuance program, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Specialist will design authorization decisioning, monitor fraud health, and translate vendor responsibilities into actionable controls.
Key responsibilities
- Own fraud strategy for the card issuance program from pre-launch risk assessment to post-launch monitoring
- Translate infrastructure partner responsibilities into an operating decisioning model for fraud controls
- Design and manage authorization decisioning for card transactions, focusing on product-based controls
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in fraud/risk strategy with hands-on card authorization decisioning experience
- Working knowledge of card network mechanics and fraud-monitoring programs
- Experience with BaaS/program-manager card issuing vendors
- Advanced SQL skills for independent risk analysis
- Strong cross-functional communication abilities, particularly in a collaborative environment
