Freelance Account Director

Job Summary

Managing projects and customer support for fast-paced pharmaceutical accounts, the Freelance Account Director will work remotely to build client relationships, lead communication development, and oversee project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients, providing proactive updates on project status
• Lead the development of various communications, including key messages, content for healthcare professionals, and presentations
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets while mentoring junior team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare and/or communications industries
• Strong pharmaceutical agency experience, particularly in brand launch preparation and execution
• Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats and the MLR review process
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
