Freelance Art Supervisor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Freelance Group Art Supervisor will shape high-level creative direction for large brands, elevate innovation in regulated payer communications, and guide cross-functional collaboration while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and inspiration
• Collaborate with the Art Creative Director to produce strategically focused creative executions
• Manage projects independently from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines

Required qualifications:

• 7-8+ years of traditional agency experience, with at least 3 years in a market access environment
• Proven track record of creative ability and successful client contact experience
• Experience managing creative teams and multiple accounts effectively
• Excellent presentation skills and collaborative work experience with account management
• Commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines
