Required qualifications
- Practical experience in human resources with a solid understanding of restructuring processes in France
- Expertise in career development, including personal branding and online job search techniques
- A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience and knowledge of organizational structures and decision-making processes
- Fluency in English, as the role involves collaboration with international stakeholders
- Experience in conducting remote coaching sessions and proficiency with technology tools
