Key responsibilities

• Write and publish original content that aligns with Overheard's voice and is culturally relevant
• Shoot, edit, and package short-form videos using consumer-grade equipment, maintaining a social-first production style
• Contribute fresh ideas for editorial posts and video formats in collaboration with the creative team

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in editorial or social content creation within media, publishing, or entertainment
• Exceptional writing skills with a comedic sensibility that aligns with Overheard's voice
• Deep familiarity with dating culture and online conversations surrounding it
• Proven ability to create social-first content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Comfortable with shooting and editing video on consumer-grade equipment
