Seeking a part-time Freelance Creative Resource Manager, this remote contract position requires a highly organized individual with agency experience to oversee resource planning and support the Account Management team across various marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee resource planning and allocation for account management and integrated marketing initiatives
• Partner with leadership and account teams to assess workload and optimize staffing needs
• Monitor team capacity, identify resource gaps, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or account management within an agency
• Proven experience with integrated marketing, brand marketing, and experiential accounts
• Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools
• Interest in pop culture, entertainment, and emerging trends relevant to client work
