Freelance Digital Associate Producer

Job Summary

To support digital web production, the part-time Freelance Digital Associate Producer will manage day-to-day web updates, coordinate workflows, and ensure the smooth operation of multi-site web properties while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee routine content changes, media swaps, and minor site enhancements across various digital properties
• Organize and track production assets and deliverables to facilitate smooth handoffs to design and technical teams
• Collaborate with internal producers and developers to align on schedules and maintain project momentum

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital agency, production, or web coordination
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in a tech-focused environment
• Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Figma or Jira is a bonus
• Client-facing experience is a bonus
