Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Freelance Editorial Distribution Specialist will support editorial teams in enhancing digital content discoverability across various platforms, including organic search and community surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist editorial teams in optimizing content planning and publication for increased visibility and audience engagement
• Provide guidance on SEO, story framing, and content packaging best practices to writers and editors
• Monitor digital trends and translate insights into actionable editorial recommendations for content distribution

Required qualifications

• At least 2+ years of professional experience in digital content distribution
• Experience with organic search, AI engines, and referral platforms
• Proficiency in using Reddit and other community surfaces for content promotion
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
