Freelance Marketing Strategist

Job Summary

Experienced freelance marketers will find a contracted remote opportunity as a Freelance Marketing Strategist, responsible for translating strategies into messaging frameworks, building nurture campaigns for enterprise buyers, and shaping SEO and AEO content priorities while collaborating with the C5 team and presenting directly to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear messaging frameworks and creative briefs
• Build nurture campaigns and CRM journeys that move enterprise buyers from first touch to conversion
• Help shape SEO and AEO strategy & content priorities that build visibility

Required qualifications

• More than 3 years in brand, content, and/or email marketing strategy
• B2B SaaS or enterprise tech experience, with a focus on AI or data products preferred
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO
• Experience developing messaging and content for senior operational buyers
• Familiarity with paid media, performance optimization, ABM, or product-led growth
