Freelance Outplacement Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contracted basis, the Freelance Global Outplacement Coach will guide participants through outplacement programs, helping them with career development, job search strategies, and personal branding.

Key responsibilities

• Builds strong trust-based relationships with participants and creates a supportive coaching environment
• Guides participants throughout their outplacement journey, helping them set clear goals and maintain momentum in their professional development
• Provides personalized support on career orientation, transition questions, and job search strategies, including CV preparation and interview coaching

Required qualifications

• Practical experience in HR with a deep understanding of restructuring processes in Belgium
• Expertise in career development, including personal branding and job search techniques
• At least 7-10 years of professional experience with insights into organizational structures and decision-making processes
• Excellent command of English for collaboration with international stakeholders
• Experience with remote coaching and proficiency in digital tools
