Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing and directing original series or viral content for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and audience engagement strategies
• Proven ability to manage production logistics and lead lean crews effectively
• Experience adapting content based on performance data and platform algorithms
• Familiarity with client-facing production environments is a plus
