Job Summary
Supporting the technical and operational execution of live shows, the Freelance Production Assistant will manage pre-production tasks, coordinate local stakeholders, and oversee on-site activities in Istanbul, with remote work allowed as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre-production tasks including venue scouting and technical preparation, ensuring all materials are ready and translated
- Act as the main point of contact for cast, talent agencies, and venues, proactively managing relationships and supervising rehearsals
- Direct the live show using QLab, coordinating cues and technical execution while troubleshooting issues in real-time
Required qualifications
- Native Turkish and fluent English for effective communication with the Fever team
- Experience in theatre or live event production, including show calling
- Knowledge of QLab or willingness to learn through provided training
- Familiarity with live lighting, sound, and video systems
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing relationships with suppliers and cast
