Freelance Production Designer

Job Summary

To support production workflows, the part-time Freelance Production Designer will manage the updating, formatting, and quality control of presentations and educational materials remotely, averaging approximately 15-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Update, revise, format, and assemble PowerPoint presentations and educational materials while ensuring adherence to RTP standards
• Implement revisions from various stakeholders accurately and efficiently, managing version control and archiving materials
• Review materials for formatting consistency and accuracy, maintaining organized files and graphic assets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production design or a similar production-oriented role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop
• Exceptional formatting, layout, and document-production skills
• Experience working with established templates, standards, and brand guidelines
• Strong organizational and file-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
