Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a global digital agency, the part-time hourly Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple client projects, define project scopes, and lead discovery phases while working remotely across various time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are maintained
• Lead the discovery phase with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps for alignment throughout delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
• Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals and scoping projects
• Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile delivery processes
• Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories
