Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a global digital agency, the part-time hourly Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple client projects across various industries, ensuring timely delivery while leading the discovery phase and maintaining project documentation remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track
• Lead the discovery phase with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps to ensure alignment throughout delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
• Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals and running discovery workshops
• Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile delivery processes
• Fluent English at C1 level or above for effective client communication
