Job Summary

To support high-volume workflows in healthcare and life sciences, the Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects across creative, digital, media, and technology teams while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with guidance in complex situations
• Reprioritize tasks dynamically and adjust workflows based on changing project needs
• Negotiate cross-functional alignment and communicate changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
• Strong project management fundamentals, including organization and prioritization
• Comfort managing deadlines and high-volume workflows
• Vendor coordination experience, particularly in translations and print production
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
