Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing agency, the Freelance Project Manager will manage project workflows, collaborate with teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of client work, and prepare client submissions, all while working remotely on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of the year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage effective and efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, allocate resources, and forecast upcoming work
• Prepare and manage client MLR submissions while ensuring projects remain on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in an agency environment, preferably within pharma
• Proven experience managing digital projects such as website builds and content updates
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of website development
• Experience with projects involving data and analytics components
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry is a plus
