Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a global digital agency, the part-time hourly Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple client projects, define project scopes, and lead the discovery phase while working remotely across various time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients from the outset
• Lead the discovery phase by asking pertinent questions to understand client business needs before project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
• Hands-on experience with the presales process, including proposal writing and running discovery workshops
• Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile methodologies
• Fluent English at C1 level or above, with strong communication skills for client interactions
