Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support high-volume workflows in healthcare and patient recruitment, the Freelance Project Manager will remotely manage translation processes, oversee printing and shipping tasks, and coordinate multiple creative deliverables across various teams on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead translation management, including deadline tracking and vendor communication
• Support printing and shipping workflows to ensure efficient execution
• Manage multiple concurrent creative deliverable projects while adjusting workflows based on changing timelines

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments
• Experience with work management systems such as Kantata, Workfront, Asana, or Monday
• Vendor coordination experience, particularly in translations and print production
• Familiarity with agency environments preferred
• Exceptional ability to work independently and manage shifting deadlines
